Volare Aviation offers a dynamic, highly flexible service and is able to arrange same day jet charter for your family or your business in under an hour. However, there are a few things to note before picking up the phone and making that urgent call to our team.
For Same day Jet Charter, knowing exactly where you want to go is key.
It is vital that you know your end goal: If you need to fly to Paris, for example, would your destination be Charles De Gaulle, Le Bourget, or another airport entirely? If you don’t know which airport is closest to your destination, be specific on where exactly you want to go and we can make that decision for you.
Ensure that who you’re travelling with has the necessary documentation.
Prior to calling us, it’s imperative that you have copies of the passports of everyone with whom you wish to travel; this will save a lot of time.
When do you hope to arrive at your destination?
You must be in a position to confirm to Volare Aviation the exact times and date of your travel, either by explaining when you need to depart, or alternatively, at what time you must arrive. This way our team has something concrete to work with and there is a rough itinerary against which we can plan.
Now email us all the relevant information.
Once you make the call to our team armed with the information above, we will be able to let you know straightway whether your proposed trip is possible. If it is – and it should be as long as there are no visa arrangements to be made – we can sort out everything else. We will simply ask that you put your request in writing (email is fine) and forward passport copies to us as swiftly as you can.
Departure and Arrival
If we have an aircrew and a jet available – and this is most likely – we can leave as soon as you get to us. Departing and doing so quickly, isn’t an issue for our jets, but be aware that we do need to book a landing slot at the airport to which you’re travelling. If you’re flying to Europe, we’ll require permission to land and our landing time will be based on us obtaining the pre-requisite authorisation. More often than not, this isn’t a problem, but we’re finding ourselves in uncharted territory at the moment as we wait and see what happens with Brexit.
Travelling by helicopter, including helicopter transfer
Of course, if you’re travelling within the U.K., then it makes sense to go by helicopter. We have a pilot available five days a week and on call at weekends to pick you up, as soon as you have picked up the phone to us. And it doesn’t matter where you are, we can come to you. If you have a large garden or live next to tennis courts or a rugby pitch, so much the better! Similarly, if you live in a built-up area of central London or another city, we can still get to you swiftly and easily utilising local heliports, airfields or generous landowners.
It’s worth bearing in mind that if you do need to get to one of our private jets urgently, a helicopter might prove the ideal transfer solution; it will even land on the tarmac right next to your aeroplane, so you’d only have to walk a few steps before being on board, ready to go.
If you’re trying to go anywhere by air, by whatever means, the weather can sometimes prove problematic. However, we will do everything within our power to get you to your destination on time.
We are extremely proud to be one of the U.K.’s charter operators who can offer same day jet charter and private helicopter transfer. Having full oversight of all aviation services in house and a round the clock dedicated team means that you can rely on us to deliver a seamless, professional service far more quickly, efficiently and easily than you might possibly imagine.
